Kindergarten Mathematicians Explore Ordinal Numbers

Master Kindergarten teacher, Liz Servino, helps young mathematicians use their imaginations to build number sense and gain a deeper understanding of the concept of odd and even numbers. Following this activity, kindergarteners investigated ordinal numbers.

“Teaching this grade level you see so much growth, from the beginning of the year to the end of the year,” Mrs. Servino said. “Over eleven years here I have met the most incredible young learners.”
