Written by

At this year's Section VIII Nassau County Awards dinner, six members of the Varsity Boys Soccer Team garnered awards. Representing the Quakers (four are pictured) were:

  • All-County – Jake Bock '24
  • All-County Honorable Mention – Dylan Leon '26, Max Cohen '23
  • All Conference – Edwin Saravia '24, John O'Sullivan '24
  • Senior Scholar-Athlete Award – Joshua Chen '23

“The coaches couldn’t be more proud of our boys. This is a team that will stay in our memory for years to come," reflected Varsity Boys Soccer Coach Edgar Posada. "To end the toughest of seasons, surpassing all expectations and building even more excitement for next season, is the best we could have asked for at the very start of the 2022 Fall Season," he added.

"We are very much looking forward to what the returning players will do next year. A special THANK YOU to our 12 graduating seniors and their parents for their dedication and support to the FA Soccer Family. They leave behind many fun memories and a strong and proud soccer legacy. We will miss you all!" he finished.
