Parent Meeting for Worship

Friends Academy parents recently came together with Jen Cort, our Quaker-in-Residence, to learn about Meeting for Worship and how we incorporate Quaker values into our curriculum.

“Meeting for Worship is a time for us to be quiet, to center ourselves, to listen to our inner voices and to learn from each other, ” Mrs. Cort said. “It gives us a chance to be in community together and a chance to be reflective on whatever it is that is on our hearts and minds.”
