Alumna is Broadway bound

Written by
Congratulations to Friends Academy alumna Brooke Gardner '15, who will be making her Broadway debut on Friday, Nov. 11 in Ohio State Murders at the James Earl Jones Theater!

Brooke will be acting alongside the renowned Audra McDonald and this limited-run production will begin previews on Nov. 11 and run through mid-February.

Over the years, Brooke was heavily involved in the Friends Academy Theater Department, from Shakespeare's "Two Gentlemen of Verona" to Friends Academy Theater teacher Andrew Geha's original musical, "We Didn't Have Time to Be Scared" and his original play, "The Right Now."

In her senior year, Brooke dazzled audiences as matchmaker Dolly Levi in Friends Academy's exuberant all-school production of "Hello, Dolly!"
